ARMEE 6.5" Flat Nosed Parallel Jaw Pliers with Side Cutters, Spring Loaded, with Locking Latch On the box it says: PINCE Armee 067.230.000.590 Quantite: 1 piece On the handle is embossed: ARMEE 067.230 000.590 Spring loaded to return to the open position. A wire latch can be hooked to the inside of the opposite handle to lock them closed. The steel is black with a strong patina. I would estimate the age of these to be about 25 years old. The jaws open to about 1/2" wide. I marked as used, but they appear to be new in the original plain box.
